Cowrks, a premium Indian coworking solution provider that builds workspaces for businesses of all sizes. Presenting premium offerings, key facilities and services from an end-to-end tailored floor, a private cabin or a single seat within each centre, the challenge was to address and help Cowrk’s to communicate at it’s best to connect with their ideal customer.

WHAT WE DID

Discovering Cowrk’s pain points a well designed and accurately communicating killer sell sheet, integrated with a master key plan, primary architectural elements of each building by floor level, graphically representing centre geo-location, a mix of facilities and offerings. This eased sales to effectively communicate value to customers.

A master template with guidelines was developed and standardised. This was further extended to adopt 60+ sell sheets for all existing 16 centres across 5 major metros and other upcoming centres pan India.
