At PEPERSALT the BDE will work with global advertising agencies and direct clients to sell Creative and digital services.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of sales success, fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills and
understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, creative services and solutions & retail Environmental Design.

Job Profile & Key Responsibility:
• Research target demographics, economic trends, customer needs and interests and other data that can be used in creating strategies for business development
• Oversee efforts to expand lead generation through cold calling, business-to-business selling and other methods to identify potential business prospects and assist sales professionals in acquiring new customers
• Build relationships with existing customers, investors and partners through consistent follow up, reliable communication and frequent updates on product developments
• Present sales pitches, product reports and other valuable data to potential prospects in a way that promotes the company brand and mission and helps the audience identify a need for the product
• Study each product offered by the company and be able to persuasively educate and inform customers of how each works and its specifications; understand how to up-sell and recommend complementary merchandise
• Build and maintain client relationships by fulfilling their creative/designing/digital marketing needs.
• Understands the needs of the customers and learn their creative habits and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions.
• Generate every month at least 10-15 new customers. Meet the given Targets during the month / quarter.
• Provide MIS report with all relevant Sales figures every fortnight
• Tap new markets – Domestic & International
• Prepare & explain the payment schedule, terms & conditions to the prospective customers and keep the records of payment schedules
• Sharing the customers requirements with the operations & payment schedule with the finance department
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Regular updation of Customer database
• Making a check list of all documents required for tenders and keeping track of all tenders. To be submitted to management on time to time
• Uploading necessary documents on Clients website in case of on line vendor registration
• Rigorous Co-ordination with Production Dept. at studio and execute before timely deliveries.
• Follow up of inquiries & quotes for converting it into orders
• Keeping track of Debtor list and arrange to call for payments before time
• Any other tasks related to Business Development Manager as directed by management.

• Well networked in Corporate Sector
• Specialized Experience in Food, Fashion, Life Style, Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Retails Brands etc.
• MS Office- Word, Excels and Power-point
• Attention to details

Education and/or Experience
• Formal education in Graphic Design – whether communications or packaging graphics
• 0-3 years related experience and training in an active design studio or agency environment
